• Data Retention: During the grace period and any subsequent temporary suspension, your data and account settings will be retained. However, link management and certain premium features will be inaccessible until payment is made and the account is reactivated.

Account Termination:

• Account Termination: If payment is not received within the grace period and applicable notifications are sent, Flexi Link reserves the right to terminate your account, and all associated data may be permanently deleted.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

• Flexi Link makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App and its services.

• Flexi Link shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.

Indemnification:
